Student Residences Welcome Week
Move-in Information
Move-in day is scheduled for Sunday, September 7, 2025.
If arriving on Sunday, September 7th between 9:30 am and 2:45 pm please follow these steps:
Paton College:
- Proceed directly to your house to check in
Macpherson College:
- Check-in will take place in the lobby close to the elevators of each building:
- If you are on the 1st and 2nd floor it is recommended that you move your belongings in through the HUB of Macpherson College as there is additional elevator access here for those floors.
- 3rd to 6th floor will use elevators near the check-in location.
- See the Campus Map to familiarize yourself with campus
Burton’s Pond Apartments:
- Proceed to the tent set up between Gilbert and Guy to check-in
If arriving after move-in day, please refer to the following table to find where you need to go to get your room keys:
