Dining on campus

Forget about picking up groceries or cooking. A delicious, ready-made meal is just a short walk away.

Enjoy a full meal, a light snack, or a cup of coffee whenever you please. The dining hall, cafeterias, and cafés located next to the residences, connected by tunnels (MUNnels) and walkways provide continuous food service throughout the day, and our all-day, unlimited meal plans include FLEX dollars which can be spent at the various cafes operating around campus.

Meal Plans

Meal plans come with a variety of options including halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and theme meals. Meal plans are mandatory for residents in Paton and Macpherson College. Meal plans may also be purchased by any student attending Memorial University.

A residence meal plan includes full and convenient access to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snacks and beverages at Memorial University’s Gushue Dining Hall. Whether you’re enjoying a meal with friends or snacking on the go, you’ll reap multiple benefits from your meal plan.

Learn more about your meal plan here.

You can also book an appointment with an onsite dietician or take advantage of a boxed lunch program, available for students who commute to the Marine Institute, the Centre for Nursing Studies, work terms, and placements.

The main dining hall, R. Gushue Hall, is connected by tunnels and walkways to our residences. Check out the daily dining hall menu.
