Meetings normally commence at 9:00 a.m. with the open portion of the meeting.  Individuals interested in observing the open portion of the Board meeting may indicate this via email to the Secretary to the Board of Regents at regents@mun.ca.  Responses must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the Board meeting is to occur.
