Board of Regents Approves Tangible Asset Administration Policy

At its meeting held on May 11, 2017, the Board of Regents approved the Tangible Asset Administration policy. This new policy and its related procedures consolidate within them elements of the Off-Campus Use of Equipment and Surplus University Property policies and their related procedures. The Tangible Asset Administration policy, viewable here: http://www.mun.ca/policy/site/policy.php?id=314 comes into effect on June 1, 2017.  The associated implementation and communication plans are being executed, including deletion of the Off-Campus Use of Equipment and Surplus University Property policies, and secondary amendments to a number of other policies which referred to assets or one of these policies being deleted.
