Parking at Memorial University is paid and enforced 24/7. If you are organizing a conference or an event and want to cover the cost for your attendees, this can be arranged. Clear communication with your attendees about parking (where and cost) is advised.

St. John's Campus

Signal Hill Campus

If your conference, meeting, or event is on Signal Hill Campus, please coordinate with the Conference and Event Services team to ensure parking requirments are understood and/or taken care of.   

Passport Canada Parking App

If you are attending a conference or event at Memorial University and parking is not paid by the organizer, you will need to use the Passport Canada Parking App. The app allows users to pay for parking with their phone via credit card or a pre-loaded wallet. Passport is free to download from the iPhone App Store or Android Google Play, and creates an easier and more convenient parking experience. The app is also accessible via web browser at https://passportca.com/park/.
