From HKR to the Bar
After five years in the work force in recreation related positions, Tracy Bannier (B.Rec’06 (Co-op.)) decided to once again challenge herself and return to school to complete a law degree.
Her dedication to hard work paid off when she was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in February 2015 and is the first alumni with the School of Human Kinetics and Recreation (HKR) known to have followed this career path. Ms. Baniner completed a Juris Doctor Degree at the University of New Brunswick in 2014.
