Effective January 1, 2017, the Institutional Surveys policy and its related procedures establish a coordinated and consistent approach to optimize the benefits of institutional surveys at Memorial. The Institutional Survey Oversight Committee (ISOC) is responsible for the review and approval of Institutional Surveys in accordance with this policy.
