Courtesy titles and honorifics

In general, do not use the courtesy titles Mr., Mrs., Miss., Ms., except for Dr., when referring to an academic who holds a doctoral degree and an individual who holds a medical degree.

The honorary titles right honourable and honourable are used only when they appear in direct quotation.
