Building on knowledge and skills gained in Word Processing with Microsoft Word - Level 1, participants will explore MS-Word features and tools that are geared towards customization, efficiency and collaboration. The opportunity to work on more advanced formatting in a customized environment will contribute to a consistent look and feel of documents, while working with tools such as mail merge will save you time.  Participants will also practice with MS-Word collaboration tools, which allow teams to suggest edits and provide guidance with comments.

• Use Reference tab features (e.g. table of contents)
