Academic Unit Planning
CIAP assists the Provost and Vice President Academic and relevant departments with the co-ordination and completion of Academic Unit Planning (AUP). Formerly known as ‘Academic Program Review (APR)’, AUP is carried out by units and programs under the authority of the Academic Unit Planning Committee (AUPC) of Senate. The AUP is a formative process, in that it provides an opportunity for the unit or program to work collegially to sustain successful activities and introduce change where necessary.
