On September 29th On Spetember 29th, the CBC News reported Premier Dwight Ball as saying "We spend more on basic services than any other jurisdiction and based on the research we've seen, I'm certain we don't have the learning outcomes, the health outcomes or the economic outcomes to justify those expenses."
