Students should note that Grenfell Campus' business courses are designated by the prefix ‘BUSN’, and that enrolment in most BUSN courses is restricted (or priority granted) to students registered in Grenfell Business programs (i.e., the Grenfell BBA or business minor programs).

A complete list of courses in the Grenfell Business Program may be found in the University Calendar. Please note that course prerequisite will not be waived, and so must be accounted for in the planning their program each term.

Each semester’s course offerings will be posted in Memorial Self-Service, and may also be found by visiting the Office of the Registrar’s Course Offerings page before the start of each term. Students must be sure to first select the appropriate term from the Undergraduate or Graduate Courses lists, then select “All” for campus, and “Business Admin (Grenfell)” for subject area—this will ensure you will view all on-campus and online BUSN course offerings in a given semester.

Textbooks & Other Course Materials

Students should expect that most of their courses will require the purchase of a textbook or other supplemental resource.

All textbook/resource materials for BUSN on-campus, online, and remote courses will be published by the MUN Bookstore and may be accessed here. Students should search both “Online Courses” and “Grenfell Campus/Remote” course listings from this site.

Course resources for all online courses will always be accessible through the online MUN Bookstore, but once in-person teaching without restrictions resumes throughout the University, the Grenfell Campus Bookstore will also carry many course materials.

Students may also choose to wait until the first day of classes to ask instructor(s) directly about specific course materials, however, they are encouraged to access the MUN Bookstore as soon as they register to ensure they allow for sufficient time for shipping if required to order a hard copy textbook.
