About

A fully online, course-based program to fit your life!

The Grenfell Campus Master of Management (MMGT) program is the first and only program of its kind in Atlantic Canada, and one of only a few available in the country.

This innovative, course-based program allows students to explore fundamental management topics as they relate to individuals, groups and organizations. Following the prescribed 2-course per term schedule, students will complete the program in less than two and a half years, though the option of a 1-course per semester load and slower program pace may also be explored.

Potential applicants to the MMGT should note that as a fully online program, there is no on-campus/in-person delivery option for courses, which translates into a highly flexible program where students can largely tailor their study to suit their individual circumstances each term, all from the comfort of their own homes!

The Grenfell MMGT is aimed at professionals with diverse backgrounds who are either currently employed as, or aspiring to become, managers in a broad range of organizations. Admission is limited and competitive, and is primarily intended for those who have not previously studied business or management in a post-secondary environment but who are working in or toward managerial positions and require the skillset that goes along with these. Applicants who have completed an undergraduate degree in business, commerce, management, or similar may also be considered for admission.

All students in the Grenfell MMGT begin the program in the Fall term; early acceptance to the program may be granted for those whose application and supporting documentation are submitted by December 1st. Applications will be accepted after this date until any remaining seats in the program are filled.
