Need to book outside these dates or after the cut-off? Contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that accommodations before May 5 are limited. Please note that room rates and locations may differ for late bookings.

No credit card is required to make a booking, however, guests will receive an email in advance of their arrival to pay online through our Guest Portal (MasterCard or Visa accepted).

Our front desk is open 24/7 and is located just inside the main entrance of Macpherson College on Livyers Loop (off of Prince Philip Drive). The entrance is immediately below a skywalk and is located at the north end of the complex.

Private bedroom with semi-private washroom

• Cozy twin bed, desk and closet

• Semi-private washroom (shared with the other room in your suite)

Room rate:

• $70 per person, per night (plus taxes)

Rate is subject to:

• 15% Harmonized Sales Tax
• 4% City Accommodations Tax

How to book

Booking is easy with our Guest Portal!

1. Create an account (or log in, if you've stayed with us before).
2. Click Reservations and select St. John’s Campus.
3. Enter Group Code: EMIW2026 then select Electromagnetic Induction Workshop - 2026.
4. Choose your dates and room, and provide guest details.
5. If you have a preferred suite-mate (who you wish to share your washroom/shower), please list them in the Special Requests section.

You’ll receive a confirmation email, and closer to your stay, an email will guide you through secure online payment (Visa/MasterCard accepted).
