SUBJECT: Free film screening of The Clean Bin Project

DATE: Nov. 26

Memorial University’s Sustainability Office, in partnership with For A New Earth, will host a free screening of the documentary, The Clean Bin Project, on Tuesday, Nov. 27.

The screening will take place in the Bruneau Centre for Research and Innovation, room IIC-2001, at 7 p.m.
This multiple award-winning film shares moments of humour, struggle and hope in the story of a couple who go head-to-head in a competition to live zero waste for an entire year. Described as a combination of An Inconvenient Truth and Super Size Me, it is a fun and inspiring call to environmental action that speaks to people of all ages.
More information can be found online. Everyone is welcome.
This event is supported by Memorial’s Quick Start Fund for Public Engagement.
