SUBJECT: Celebrate Yaffle! Public invited to learn about redeveloped connecting platform

Yaffle, Memorial University’s online platform for connections and collaborations, has come a long way.
Members of the public and media are invited to learn more about the redeveloped site and opportunities to use Yaffle.
On Tuesday, June 20, from 2-3:30 p.m., join members of the Yaffle team at the Frank and Eileen Gronich Lecture Theatre, room 1M102, in the Medical Education Centre at Memorial University’s medical school on Clinch Crescent in St. John’s. A reception will take place in the Medical Education Centre atrium.
Anyone can create a personal profile in the new Yaffle. Whether you’re a Yaffle user already or would like the Yaffle team to help you get started, all members of the community are invited to attend.
Join us for a short tour of the redeveloped site, see the new functionality and learn how Yaffle is better than ever at helping you find projects, share your expertise and connect with collaborators.
Of particular interest to media, the Yaffle demonstration will show how journalists can search for experts to contact for interviews.
