SUBJECT: Marine Institute to host fourth annual Model Boat Race

The Fisheries and Marine Institute will hold the fourth annual Model Boat Race Competition on Saturday, Nov. 14.
The event will take place at the Marine Institute’s Ridge Road campus in the flume tank from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Media and the public are welcome to attend.
This year’s competition will see 11 teams from nine high schools competing.
Participating schools include Queen Elizabeth Regional High School, Holy Trinity High School, Ascension Collegiate, Baltimore School, Carbonear Collegiate, Crescent Collegiate, Clarenville High School, O’Donel High School and Marystown Central High School.
