The World Seafood Congress invites media representatives to attend the upcoming 2013 congress Sept. 28-Oct. 3 at the Delta Hotel in St. Johns, N.L.
The World Seafood Congress is organized by the International Association of Seafood Professionals (IAFI), the Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations and the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland. Delegates from more than 30 countries are expected to attend.
Seafood professionals and specialists will explore innovation and opportunities for developed and developing economies to maximize participation in the global seafood industry. More information about conference themes, keynote speakers and a complete program schedule is available at www.wsc2013.com.
Media who wish to attend the congress must register by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, by emailing Kim.Thornhill@mi.mun.ca with the following information:
