Canada’s Parliamentary Poet Laureate will deliver Memorial University’s 40th annual Pratt Lecture on Saturday, March 15. John Steffler will explore the special value of poetry in contemporary society during this public lecture, The Uses of Poetry on Saturday, March 15, in the Inco Innovation Centre, room IIC-2001 on the St. John’s campus. Free parking will be available in Lot 15.
In addition, Mr. Steffler will read from his poetry on Friday, March 14, 7:30 p.m. at Petro Canada Hall.
