MUNdays is Memorial University’s annual fall celebrations, which take place Oct. 23-27, 2007. On the St. John’s campus events roll out under the banner of I Love MUNdays, while at Sir Wilfred Grenfell College in Corner Brook celebrations are called I Fell for Grenfell.
There are nearly 50 events spread over five days on the two campuses.
The aim of both events is to encourage the university community – and general public – to celebrate the diversity, ingenuity, excellence, kindness and community spirit that make Memorial shine above the rest.
A full schedule of events in St. John’s is available at www.mun.ca/mundays, while a listing of events for Corner Brook is available at www.swgc.mun.ca/celebrate/.
In addition the opening ceremony, media agencies are encouraged to send representatives to this year’s events.
