SUBJECT: PSA: Memorial researchers partner with Fluvarium for afternoon of science and fun

Parents looking to do something different with their children this weekend can head over to the Fluvarium on Sunday, March 4, 2007, and participate in a unique free event.
Sledding Science is an initiative of the Let’s Talk Science Partnership Program, an educational outreach program run by graduate and undergraduate students from Memorial University. It is being offered in partnership with The Fluvarium.
Volunteers from the university will present demonstrations and hands-on activities on winter science topics throughout the afternoon. Sledding Science runs from 1-3 p.m.
