Service/Warranty Work and Repair
If you are having issues with your MUN owned desktop or laptop, please submit a ticket to the ITS Service Desk (864-4595 or email@example.com) so we can determine if it’s a software or hardware issue that can be repaired under warranty. If your department has its own IT support staff/group please reach out to them first.
Hardware warranty work for Dell computers and monitors can be coordinated by ITS on campus.
Hardware warranty work for Apple desktops, laptops, and iOS devices is handled by Jump+ (Avalon Mall). Once it is determined that it is not a software issue by either Client Services or your own department IT Staff, clients would have to make arrangements with Jump+ for warranty work.
The Technical Services Computer Repair Shop can repair/service computers that are out of warranty for a fee.
