Scheduled maintenance impacting Banner, Memorial Self–Service, FAST, Degree Works, OnBase and Recruit

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is performing Banner maintenance on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026 starting at 5 a.m. to approximately 9 a.m. During this time, the Banner system (student, finance and HR), including Memorial Self-Service, as well as FAST, Degree Works, OnBase and Recruit will be unavailable for all campuses. If the upgrade is completed prior to 9 a.m., the systems may be available earlier.
