Have you seen people walking around campus on Thursdays carrying small plants and wondered where they came from?
Green Mindfulness is a weekly drop-in group which uses gardening and plants to create a space for students to socialize, meet people, relax and develop introductory mindfulness skills.
If you’re feeling stressed about school, having difficulty concentrating, or need a quiet place to relax, you may enjoy Memorial Meditates.
The program takes place from Monday to Thursday, 12-1 p.m. in UC3016, and on Fridays from 12-1 p.m. in the MUNSU Council Chambers (UC2001).
