Memorial University’s Centre for Career Development is pleased to announce that we are “going green”! In accordance with Memorial’s sustainability initiatives we have revamped some of our centre’s practices and there is now a new process for posting jobs on our career site.

First you will have to register your company, and after that you can post your job electronically. The steps to register and post a job are as follows:

Post a job

The Centre for Career Development posts part-time, summer and odd jobs for current students, as well as permanent or contractual job opportunities for new graduates, free of charge.

To post a job, employers must sign up and create an account.

To create an account:

1. Visit
2. Click Registration
3. Please fill out the form. Please note that your email address will become your login ID and will be used with the password specified.
4. Once registration is completed, it will be submitted for approval. Approvals will be completed within one (1) business day.
5. You will be notified of approval by email. Once approved you can log in and post a job.

To post a job (once approved):

1. Visit
2. Click Login
3. Click Employer
4. Login
5. Once logged in, click Hiring a Student
6. Click Job Postings
7. Click Post a New Job to post a new job
8. Complete the appropriate forms.
9. Once completed, the job is submitted for approval.
10. Once approved, the job is available for viewing!
