Multimedia
Rooms will be set up for your multimedia needs so all that is required is a flash drive or CD. If you feel comfortable you can use your own laptop instead of availing of the room equipment. The projector, screen, computer and audio will be set up before your arrival.

Internet
If you will be requiring an internet connection during your session, it would be best to use the in room computer or a CDEL laptop as they are already set up on the Memorial internet network. This equipment will be made available for your session.

Catering
For companies looking to provide food during their session, we have an on-campus catering service called Aramark. Orders have to be placed at least three businesss days before your session. Their menus are available on their website: https://mun.catertrax.com/

To order from Aramark you will need to create an account on their site (all ordering will be done online). This account will keep your previous orders on file so you can go back and review them. If you are paying through credit card, you will need to call or email your credit card information at the end of the order process (you will be prompted to do this). At the end of the ordering process, you can also cc another email. You are welcome to cc cdel@mun.ca at that time so we can follow up with the caterer and ensure smooth delivery on the date of your session.

Faculty of Education (For education related sessions only)
We also maintain close communications with the Education faculty of all sessions that are relevant to their students. You may want to contact the Faculty of Education and speak to the department about your arrival on campus
(Hayward Blake: 709-864-2169 or hblake@mun.ca). Normally they speak with employers who conduct information sessions on campus for Education students.

Cancellations and Changes
We require one business day notice to cancel an information session. If you have ordered food it will be the employer's responsibility to cancel the order and absorb any fees that may occur due to this cancellation. Please see Arrmarks Policies document in the Related Links at the top right side of this page.

Please contact us as soon as possible with any changes being made to the time, date, location or target audience of your session. When changes to the time or date have been made after a food order has been placed, it is the employer's responsibility to contact Aramark and inform them of the changes. You are also responsible for any fees that may occur due to the change.

If Memorial University is suddenly closed or shut down for any reason (Weather, power outage, etc) your session will automatically be cancelled. Your food order will also be cancelled.
