Memorial University’s strategic plan, Transforming our Horizons, outlines an aspirational culture. Included in the vision for our culture is collaboration and a place where all peoples are accepted and where students are central to everything we do. It is also where we work nimbly, boldly and ambitiously and where we support each other.

To work towards this aspirational culture, Memorial has launched the new People and Culture unit. This unit has two divisions, the Department of Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety.

People and Culture reflects the work that we must do to enhance our culture, puts the focus on our people and supports fostering a Team Memorial approach.
