The Johnson Geo Centre became part of Memorial University's Signal Hill Campus in April 2019.  

Located on historic Signal Hill in St. John’s NL, the Johnson Geo Centre is the province’s premier science centre, housing exhibits related to our planet and our provincial geology, oil and gas exploration, natural resources, space exploration and more. As one of Canada’s most distinctive buildings, it provides a unique setting to host your events.  

Whether you are planning a business reception, a panel discussion or a board meeting, you’ll be delighted with the possibilities at this location. Equipped with a variety of spaces, including a reception hall under the planets, meetings rooms and an outdoor classroom, the Johnson Geo Centre has a suitable space for your needs.
