For entrepreneurs

The Memorial Centre for Entrepreneurship

The Memorial Centre for Entrepreneurship (MCE) is a campus-wide Centre of Memorial Unversity in St. John's promoting entrepreneurship, supporting students, faculty, and staff in the development of their startup idea and contributing to the development of an attractive entrereneurial ecosystem. Their programs include entrepreneurial work terms, co-op subsidies, entrepreneurship courses, and a student ambassador team.

Memorial's Centre for Social Enterprise 

The Centre for Social Enterprise (CSE) is a collaboration between the Faculty of Business Administrtion, the School of Social Work and the School of Music. The CSE acts as a catalyst to nurture social entrepreneurs and strengthen social enterprise in Newfoundland through research, supporting teaching and learning, and social enterprise incubation. 

For international students

Internationalization Office

The Internationalization Office has a team of advisors that are available to help all international students with anything from information to a friendly chat. As an international student, they can talk to you about health insurance, academic and career options and how to get settled in St. John's. 

For graduate students

Student Life

Student Life at Memorial supports and encourages students to connect, engage and belong during their time at Memorial. Dedicated to student achievement and success, this collection of units on the St. John's campus includes: Aboriginal Resource Office; Career Development; Glenn Roy Blundon Centre for Students with Disabilities; Student Experience Office; and Student Support and Crisis Management

Graduate Students' Union

The Graduate Students' Union (GSU) is comprised of approximately 3500 graduate students at Memorial University. It advocates for its members through comprehensive campagain strategies directed at policy-makers and acts as an advocate on students' behalf. The GSU also provides a number of services to improve students' lives while they are studying at MUN including a health and dental plan, conference funding, special projects grants and a student handbook.
