Campus Childcare is governed by an appointed Board of Directors that provides oversight and strategic direction.

The Board is composed of a diverse group including:

• Faculty members from Memorial University
• Representatives from the Department of Human Resources and the Department of Financial Services of Memorial University
• Legal Counsel
• Student Representatives
• Parent Representatives
• The Executive Director of the Childcare Centre (non-voting member)

This collaborative structure ensures that a broad range of perspectives inform the Centre's operations and long-term planning.
