Department of Biochemistry

The department is happy to congratulate Dr. Fereidoon Shahidi in being awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award in honor of Nicolas Appert, by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT)! The award “honors an individual who has demonstrated lifetime contributions to the science of food”.
