The eAlert incident report form has been created to report incidents that may be a concern to the health, safety and security of the University community. The incident report will be assigned to the proper resource within the University for follow-up.
This service will also allow members of the University community to communicate anonymously if you choose to do so and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This type of program is an integral part of a healthy University environment. Memorial University is committed to handling reports submitted via this resource as promptly and discreetly as possible. If the information is not sufficient or detailed enough and submitted anonymously, it may not be possible to conduct an investigation. Please be aware that if you choose to disclose your identity, the University may not be able to protect your identity should a public records request be made or a subpoena issued.
While this resource is available for reporting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; the system is not monitored 24 hours a day. Please use the Reporting an Emergency contacts if the incident is an emergency that requires immediate action.
