eAlert

The eAlert incident report form has been created to report incidents that may be a concern to the health, safety, and security of the University community. The incident report will be assigned to the proper resource within the University for follow-up.

This program is an integral part of a healthy university environment. Memorial University is committed to handling reports submitted via this resource as promptly and discreetly as possible. Please Note: While this resource is available for reporting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; the system is not monitored 24 hours a day. Please use the Reporting an Emergency contacts if the incident is an emergency that requires immediate action.
