eAlert

The eAlert incident report form has been created to report incidents that may be a concern to the health, safety, and security of the University community. The incident report will be assigned to the proper resource within the University for follow-up.

This program is an integral part of a healthy university environment. Memorial University is committed to handling reports submitted via this resource as promptly and discreetly as possible. This service will also allow members of the University community to communicate anonymously if you choose to do so.  If the information is not sufficient or detailed enough and submitted anonymously, it may not be possible to conduct an investigation.

Please Note: While this resource is available for reporting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; the system is not monitored 24 hours a day. Please use the Reporting an Emergency contacts if the incident is an emergency that requires immediate action.
