Hello,

This email contains critical information about the upcoming deprecation of Contact List Triggers and outlines how to find the same functionality, with added improvements, in the new Contact List Workflow.

What is changing?

Qualtrics will no longer be developing any improvements for contact list triggers, located in Post Survey Options. Any active contact list triggers will no longer run starting December 1, 2025; this means no contacts will be added to the selected contact list.

What actions do I need to take?

Replace all Contact List Triggers with workflows before the deprecation date.
