Legacy Results Reports are being retired. To avoid disruptions, you'll need to move to Results Dashboards. The deadline to do this has been updated to March 31, 2027 to give you time to recreate custom necessary Legacy Results-Reports. In parallel, you need to be familiar with Results Dashboards by October 31, 2026.  

What you need to do 

If you use custom question pages or custom pages:
Migrate your custom question and custom report pages by March 31, 2027. Please note that Legacy Results-Reports custom pages won’t transfer automatically. To preserve these report pages, they must be manually rebuilt as New Report Pages in a Results Dashboard. To ensure a smooth transition, we suggest you begin exploring Results Dashboards before November 1, 2026, to become comfortable with the new interface.

If you want to keep a copy of your current reports
Download PDF versions of your Legacy Results-Reports before March 31, 2027.

If you do not use any custom question pages or custom pages:
No action is required. Results tab automatically generates a Results Dashboard on April 1, 2027. We recommend exploring Results Dashboards before November 1, 2026 so you're familiar with the experience.

Important dates (updated): 

• November 1, 2026: You can no longer create new Legacy Results-Reports or custom pages (for existing or new survey projects). Survey projects created from November 1, 2026 onwards will default to Results Dashboards, with no option to revert to Legacy Results-Reports.
• March 17, 2027: You can no longer edit Legacy Results-Reports.
• April 1, 2027: Results tab automatically generates a Results Dashboard. You can no longer view Legacy Results-Reports.

Previous dates: 

• October 1, 2026: You can no longer view or create new Legacy Results-Reports.
• September 16, 2026: You can no longer edit Legacy Results-Reports.
• September 30, 2026: Question pages automatically move to Results Dashboards.
