The Labour Market Agreement for Persons with Disabilities (LMAPD), formerly known as the Employability Assistance Program for Persons with Disabilities (EAPD), is designed to assist individuals with a disability to acquire the skills, experience, and support necessary to successfully prepare for, enter, or remain in the work force.
