Low ramp leads to the main entrance (one step up), doorway may not be wide enough for larger wheelchairs. Two back entrances facing east are not accessible (stairs).

One on second floor (very small, narrow doorway - no access).

Remarks, hints:

There is a lowered doorbell at the main entrance.  The house is a split level with narrow staircases leading to both levels. There is a concrete walkway from the corner of Burton's Pond Road and Russell Road to Clark Place.
