MUN Biology at International Symposium on Deep-Sea Corals
Of the six Canadian delegates attending the conference, five were from Newfoundland (either MUN or DFO), and one was a student at Universite de Quebec a Montreal co-sponsored by MUN. Our delegates gave four oral presentations and four posters. Special congratulations to MUN Biology PhD student Sandrine Baillon, who won the best student poster award in the biological theme for her poster, "Spatial trends in biometric characteristics of two dominant sea pens in the Nortwest Atlantic."
