Response during the COVID-19 pandemic
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the direction given by Memorial University’s Emergency Operations Centre, staff members are working from home effective March 19 and have limited access to systems. A response emails may be delayed as we prioritize essential operations and matters that require immediate attention.
If you are a current student and you have questions, live chat is available from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily. When live chat is offline, students can visit the FAQ for answers to common questions or check out the contact information page for phone numbers or email addresses for key departments. Students can also email ask@mun.ca with their questions.
