Our graduates will excel in nursing practice and exemplify these attributes.

Excellence. We seek to achieve the highest possible quality in our educational programs and in our teaching, research, service and public engagement through rigour, innovation and creativity. 

Advocacy and Responsiveness. We advocate for and respond to the needs of our students, and the health of the people of Newfoundland and Labrador and society.
