Event Design for Long-term Change
What is the role of emotional knowledge in event design and strategic planning? Harris Centre staff Taylor Stocks will deliver a workshop on embodied emotional knowledge in event design. Without acknowledging this key piece, strategic planning initiatives can fall apart before they begin. This workshop will explore how to integrate the emotional with the rational aspects of facilitation and meetings focused on strategy. The event will bring together work from Otto Scharmer, Quy Nguyen Huy, Dave Snowden, and others to examine both theoretical and practical considerations for human-centric space design. Lunch is included.
