Develop one of the most critical and fundamental digital skills - Microsoft Excel. Excel is a powerful tool essential for managing and presenting work-related data. Participants will learn to create Microsoft Excel data tables, use pivot tables, and create charts with impact. Through hands-on practice, participants' new skills will help them to present data in a clear and professional manner.
Key learning outcomes
- Review formatting, fomulas, functions, common errors, and conditional formatting
- Formatting data as a table
- Pivot tables
- Inserting graphics, links, comments, and symbols
- Charts with impact
- Importing data
- Text functions
This course requires basic knowledge and experience with MS Excel. Participants must have a working understanding of the following:
- How to open, save and print workbooks.
- Formatting cell contents as numbers, text, currency, time, etc.
- Basic MS Excel Operators
- Knowledge of formula and functions

NOTE: This is an interactive session. Participants must have Microsoft Excel 2016, Microsoft Excel 365, (or compatible version) installed on their laptop.
To further boost your productivity, we suggest using a second monitor, which allows you to easily follow along and practice simultaneously.
