Mechanical Division
The Mechanical Division is responsible for fabrication, repair, maintenance, and design of a wide variety of equipment used throughout the university.
The services provided include machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, model making and glassblowing.
Our CNC milling machines with 5th axis capability and our CNC lathe permit the manufacture of many sophisticated parts.
We also construct scale models and custom glass laboratory apparatus.
Our staff maintain and install autoclaves, vacuum pumps and water purification systems.
We encourage continued development of our staff and invest in current technologies.
