Scholarships and Awards
Prestigious Memorial University scholarships for entering students include the Ball, Harris, and MUN Alumni Entrance Scholarships. A large number of scholarships and bursaries are designated specifically for continuing Science undergraduate students. Major academic achievement awards for B.Sc. and B.Sc. Honours students include the Dean's List, the Lou Visentin Award and the Dean of Science Book Prize.

- The Reginald H. Brown Q.C. Memorial Scholarship is established in memory of Reg Brown, a "lawyer's lawyer" who balanced his demanding professional life and leadership in service of his profession and the community with the philosophy that family came first. The scholarship is awarded at Spring Convocation to a student graduating from any area of study and accepted at law school. If you qualify for this award, contact your department immediately. You will need to submit a résumé, a 1-page summary of your extra-curricular activities during your time at Memorial, and proof of your acceptance to law school, by April 23rd.
