Nominations are now being accepted for the President’s Award for Exemplary Service.

Employees and retirees who signed up to receive their T4 and T4A information electronically can now do so by logging into my.mun.ca

The Department of Human Resources is pleased to offer a bi-weekly blood collection service for employees starting on Friday, Jan.27 from 8-10 a.m.

As of Dec. 22, 2016, employees wishing to avail of lynda.com, should email training@mun.ca for access. 

Wellness lap-a-thon/step-a-thon challenge winners enjoy their coffee break compliments of Employee Wellness.

During the week of Nov. 21-25,2016, 14 teams from the St. John’s and Marine Institute campuses and eight teams from the Grenfell Campus laced up their sneakers and participated in the lap-a-thon/step-a-thon challenge. 

The Department of Human Resources would like to advise the university community that the contribution rate under the Memorial University Pension Plan for both employees and the university will increase by 1.5 percentage points on Jan. 1, 2017

Human Resources is conducting maintenance of the JOBS LISTSERV that is emailed daily to subscribers. 

Starting on Monday, Sept. 26, 2016 organized walks led by a fitness leader will take place at the Field House twice a week.

Early in the morning of Sunday, July 24, all of the Team Memorial participants will be at the starting line in Paradise for the 89th annual Tely 10 road race.

Employee Wellness, Human Resources, in collaboration with The Works invite all fitness levels to join Memorial University’s walking group.  This group is free for Memorial employees to join.

 

The Department of Human Resources is pleased announce another successful year of offering the Management Development Program (MDP) to eligible employees of Memorial.

Congratulations to all those who have successfully completed the MDP 2015-2016. 

 

The Department of Human Resources would like to congratulate the 28 successful participants of the Supervisory Skills Development Program (SSDP). 

 

Members of Memorial’s group insurance plans are advised that the plans have been renewed effective April 1, 2016.
