Departments may decide to install electronic card access and alarm systems for the protection of specialized facilities, such as biomedical research facilities, telecommunications facilities, animal research facilities, computer rooms, etc.

These installations will be approved and coordinated by Campus Enforcement and Patrol.

Funding is the responsibility of the requesting department.
