Getting Connected to the Network and Internet:
- Wireless
Access on Campus - Memorial provides wireless network
connections in various service areas around campus.
- Wired Access
on Campus - Memorial provides a data network connecting over
8000 computers across campus.
Fixing Your Established Network Connection:
If your wireless network connection is not working properly:
- Ensure wireless card is enabled. Some computers have a physical, hardware switch that activates the card, others use a software function key (Fn + wireless key).
- Restart your computer.
- If your network connection remains broken contact the Service Desk.
If your wired network connection is not working properly:
- Ensure that the adaptor cord is plugged in securely from computer to either phone or wall plate socket properly.
- Restart your computer.
- If your network connection remains broken contact the Service Desk.
Network Information:
- MEMORIAL Domain Accounts - Used to access exchange e-mail, file server, etc.
