Privacy
We have completed a lot of work and assessment to make sure that moving to Google is as safe as possible and the best solution for Memorial. To do so we:
- assessed the available options (e.g. Google and Microsoft)
- consulted with various universities throughout Canada and researched similar implementations at many other institutions
- asked the students
- completed a Privacy Impact Assessment
- worked closely with Memorial's Information Access and Privacy Protection office and Office of the General Counsel
