Appointments for physicians are scheduled Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Appointments for the nurse are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Some emergency time is allotted for patients requiring urgent care.
Walk-in clinics are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday beginning at 1 p.m. A sign-up sheet is posted at 12 p.m. for the walk-in clinics.
The Student Health Service Office operates a medical clinic on the St. John's campus. The doctors and nurses have many years of experience in providing comprehensive health care to students. If you have a significant illness or disability, please bring a copy of your medical records with you when you come to the St. John's campus.
MCP cards are required for Newfoundland and Labrador students. Students from other Canadian provinces are required to bring their provincial medicare cards. MCP cards are required for international students who are MCP eligible. International students should contact the International Student Advising Office for further information.
