Wellness is a dynamic and ongoing process where people take ownership of their own level of well-being and everyday choices are used to take charge of one’s own health. Rather than focusing on illness or what is wrong, wellness focuses on many aspects of a person’s health as a whole including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
