Created by parents in 1989, the Fédération des parents francophones de Terre-Neuve et du Labrador (FPFTNL) is a provincial organization that represents the interests of francophone children and parents in matters related to education and early childhood services. Our services include those linked to health, childcare such as daycare, preschool, resource centers, after school programs and much more. One of the great successes of the FPFTNL was the creation of the francophone school board of Newfoundland and Labrador (CSFP), who over the years has remained one of our main partners.
The FPFTNL is active in each of the province’s francophone regions thanks to six parent committees that maintain close relations between the school and the francophone community.
